This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery times, costs and tracking work when you place an order through Pawmify.co.uk.

1. Shipping Summary

Order cut-off time: 1:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.


2. Shipping Areas

Pawmify.co.uk ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. If your address is not accepted at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.


3. Order Handling Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Handling time may be affected by product availability, high demand or public holidays.


4. Transit Time

After dispatch, standard UK transit time is usually 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays.

Pawmify works with a network of trusted supplier and fulfilment partners to bring you a wide range of pet products. Because some items are dispatched directly from our partners’ warehouses, delivery times may be slightly longer than a traditional single-warehouse retailer. We appreciate your patience and are always working to improve delivery speeds.


5. Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping structure is as follows:

  • Orders under £35.00: flat shipping fee of £5.00
  • Orders of £35.00 or more: free standard delivery

Currently, we are offering free delivery on all orders, regardless of order value. This promotion is active at checkout and no discount code is required. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you place your order.


6. Order & Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.


7. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details by email or through your order page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.

8. Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if products are fulfilled from different supplier or fulfilment partner locations. Each parcel may have a different tracking number and delivery time.


9. Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you about the available options.


10. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@pawmify.co.uk with your full name, order number, email address, shipping address and any tracking information received.


11. Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If it arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@pawmify.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damaged parcel, shipping label and item.


12. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@pawmify.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on Pawmify.co.uk.
