7. Orders

Unless a different delivery period is clearly agreed with you, we aim to deliver your order within 30 days after your order is accepted.

11. Risk and ownership

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to you, or to a person nominated by you to receive it.

Ownership of the products passes to you when we have received full payment and the products have been delivered, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and buy products online from Pawmify.co.uk, you may have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

You usually have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us that you want to cancel.

If your order is delivered in separate parcels, the 14-day cancellation period usually starts from the day after you receive the last parcel.

If you cancel within the legal cancellation period and return the product as required, we will refund the price paid for the returned product.

Where applicable, we will also refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original delivery.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery option, we only need to refund the cost of standard delivery.

14. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
